Core Barre is a 60-minute, no-impact fitness class focused on flexibility and total body strengthening. This unique method creates a lean physique by utilizing components of ballet, yoga and Pilates. At Thrive Studio each class is designed to fit all levels for a truly personalized experience. Our classes are small ensuring that each participant receives the attention they deserve and are kept safe. Whether it’s your first time or you have been exercising your entire life, our skilled instructors teach to the individual within a group environment in a fun, nurturing and motivating style.
