Seeking: Front Desk Service Associate- Part Time

POSITION: The front desk service associate is the first face that clients and potential clients will see as they walk through our doors. You are responsible for greeting, offering assistance, and sharing information about our studio to people that come through our doors in a manner consistent with the warm, welcoming and friendly spirit that our clients have come to appreciate and expect at Thrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet everyone who walks through the door
Make all clients feel welcome in our studio
Assist first time clients in familiarizing themselves with our studio and policies
Process cash and credit card sales for both retail and class packages through our point of sale system
Answer the telephone, keep up to date with voicemails from missed calls and return calls
Maintain a neat, clean and organized front desk area
Maintain the appearance of the retail boutique area and assist clients with merchandise selection.
Light cleaning of the retail area, studio space and restrooms

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Warm, welcoming and outgoing personality
Self motivated and takes initiative
Organized and good at multi- tasking
Willingness to learn and open to feedback
Loving Thrive a plus 😉
