What is Holistic Health Coaching?

My health coaching program is dedicated to developing practical programs that will work for your needs, desires and lifestyle in a world where we are bombarded with conflicting “nutritional advice”. Being practical, for example, means creating balance in your eating and in your life. It means paying attention to how we eat our food just as much as what we are eating! My role as a health coach is to motivate, educate and support you to achieve and maintain your health goals. Losing/maintaining weight, improving digestion, gaining energy, sleeping better, preparing healthier food for your family — it’s all possible!
