THRIVE CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations for classes must be canceled or rescheduled at least 6 hours before the scheduled class in order to avoid a penalty. 

Reservations must be canceled through your MINDBODY account and may NOT be canceled by phone, voicemail, or email. See instructions below to know how to cancel or reschedule your Thrive class. 

If a reservation is not canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy (or if a client no-shows), a class will be automatically deducted from your class package. 

Clients with unlimited packages who do not cancel their reservations (or who do not show for class) in accordance with the cancellation policy will be charged $10 for the missed class. If a reservation is canceled early, the class is credited to your Thrive Barre & Fitness class package to use towards future reservations. 

Reservations for private or workshop sessions must be canceled by email at least 24 hours before class to avoid a penalty. 

VIP Thrivers are exempt from this cancellation policy but we do strongly encourage adhering to our 6 hour cancellation window when possible to maintain the open spot for a fellow student.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLASS?

Go to the Profile screen. Select the class you'd like to cancel. 

At the bottom of the screen, tap on Cancel, then Cancel Booking to confirm.

To reschedule: After completing your cancellation, just re-book your class or appointment at the desired time.
